By accessing this website or submitting a purchase order for any machinery (including but not limited to Automatic Feeder Systems, Polishing Lines, or Pressing Machinery), the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Technical Accuracy: While we strive for precision, all specifications, dimensions, and capacity metrics listed are subject to the "Keyadi Model" of continuous improvement. Final machine parameters will be confirmed in the technical agreement prior to production.

Customization: Custom-engineered solutions for specific tableware or hardware production lines require explicit client approval of CAD schematics. Once production begins, design alterations may incur additional costs.

• /// Quotation: Prices are quoted in USD/RMB and are valid for 30 days.
• /// Payment Terms: A standard deposit (typically 30-50%) is required to initiate manufacturing. The remaining balance must be cleared before shipment (Ex-Works) or Bill of Lading release.
• /// Cancellation: Orders cancelled after material procurement has begun will forfeit the deposit to cover costs.

We export globally from Jieyang City, Guangdong. Delivery timelines are estimates based on current production capacity. Jieyang Keyadi Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, shipping logistics, or force majeure events. Clients are responsible for all import duties and taxes at the destination port.

Liability Cap: Our liability is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of defective equipment. We are not liable for consequential damages, loss of production, or profit loss resulting from equipment downtime.
